In connection with its rental and booking services, Cap Hendaia may collect the following data: first and last name, email address and telephone number, as well as information voluntarily provided through our contact or booking channels (WhatsApp, email or telephone).

This data is used exclusively to handle booking requests, answer questions, administer rentals and the Boat Club subscription and, where relevant, provide information related to a booking.

Data processing is based on the performance of the rental or subscription contract, or on your consent when you contact us. Your data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the business relationship, plus any applicable statutory limitation periods.

Your data is not sold or assigned to third parties. It may be shared with technical service providers (hosting, messaging and the Cloudflare AI service used by the virtual assistant) only to the extent necessary to provide the service and in accordance with applicable regulations.

When you use the virtual assistant, your question and, where applicable, recent messages from the conversation are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate a response. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal or banking information in the chat.

The website uses technical storage to remember your choice. If analytics or marketing tools are enabled, the related cookies are only used with your consent. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
